The unveiling of a treasure.
“Our best efforts in each plot of land, pursuing its nuances and obtaining the demonstration of its personality”
The vineyards are located in a natural setting at more than 1,050 meters above sea level in Albacete, cocooned by mountains, nature at its purest, unpolluted, 92 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the altitude summer temperatures do not exceed 30 °C, when the usual temperatures are normally 40 °C. That is why we argue that Balmoral is a unique enclave so as to produce wine varieties from northern Europe such as Chardonnay or Pinot Noir, the standard bases of the best Champagnes.
The pride of joy of our winery are the vineyards. Tended to throughout the year under sustainable viticulture, respecting the biodiversity of the area and with a firm commitment to the protection of the vineyard. A total of 102 hectares of vineyards planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Macabeo (or Viura or Macabeu), Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
