Bodegas Balmoral has been awarded as the “Best SME in the region 2022” in the prestigious awards that Carrefour awards annually to highlight the work of regional and local agri-food companies.
This recognition has been collected by the president of Bodegas Balmoral, Jose Vicente García Palazón: “For us it is an honor to receive this award, which in addition to recognizing our trajectory, values the regional and local work that we carry out in our area”.
Through these awards, Carrefour recognizes the excellent level of products and companies in the region and makes visible the importance of promoting all the links in the value chain from the producer to the distributor. Likewise, it recognizes the work of local SMEs that stand out for their quality and image in their markets. Currently, Bodegas Balmoral champions the challenge with its Edoné brand, made to the level of demand of the best Champagne houses, in a spectacular area due to its altitude, where everything indicated that the chosen path was the right one. From the beginning, a fruitful collaboration was established with Hervé Jestin, a famous winemaker born in Eperney, France, with experience in great Champagne houses. This award is another recognition of the unconditional work of the family that dedicates all its time and effort to the growth and improvement of the winery.
