Each vineyard has its own identity. Our job is to interpret that identity and bring it to life in the wine.
Our vineyards are located at Finca El Moralejo, in Alpera (Albacete), at an elevation of about 1,000 meters, in a stunning natural setting with a continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean.
The altitude and the significant temperature variation between day and night promote a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes, preserving the acidity and freshness that define the style of our wines. These conditions are particularly beneficial for varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the stars of our Edoné sparkling wines.
We have more than 110 hectares of vineyards, cultivated using sustainable and precision viticulture. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grow side by side across different plots, soils, and exposures, each of which we tend individually to bring out the best in every one.

Our vineyards are the pride of our winery. They are tended year-round using sustainable viticulture practices, respecting the area’s biodiversity and with a firm commitment to protecting the vines. A total of 115 hectares of vineyards, planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Macabeo, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The Discovery of a Treasure

We devote our utmost effort to each vineyard, exploring its nuances and bringing out its unique character.
The vineyards are located in a natural setting at an altitude of more than 1,050 meters in Albacete, nestled among pristine mountains, free from pollution, 92 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to the altitude, we enjoy a significant temperature contrast between day and night, and summer temperatures do not exceed 30°C. That is why we believe Balmoral is a unique location for producing Northern European varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which are commonly used as base wines for the finest Champagnes.
