Balmoral Wines: Wine with a Distinct Identity. Our organic vineyards are located at an altitude of 1,050 meters in Alpera, Albacete, on the El Moralejo estate. They are tended year-round using sustainable viticulture practices, with a deep commitment to protecting the vineyards. We show the utmost respect for the area’s biodiversity.
We produce wines in various styles, using small French and American oak barrels or large fermentation tanks. These are wines aged for extended periods using traditional methods—ranging from 18 to 50 months—resulting in great vibrancy and expressiveness. We produce the finest sparkling wines in collaboration with Hervé Jestin, a renowned winemaker born in Épernay, France, with experience at leading Champagne houses.
